I ordered 3 small pots of slimmy gorontula but I received 2 slimmy and one not slimmy. I wondered whether the non slimmy bottle had gone off (spoilt) or what really went wrong. I couldn't return it as I had already opened and poured some out. I feel I was cheated and will probably not order from this company again nor recommend

We are sorry for your experience. We deal with a lot of orders on a daily basis and have said delivery can take up to 5 working days to manage customers' expectations. If you had informed us about the mistake in your order, we would have corrected it by sending you a bottle to avoid you feeling cheated.
